My name is Taurus Parker, a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas, specifically, in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. I have lived in San Antonio for 10+ years, so I'm very familar with each side(s) of town.

A little about myself! I'm a California native and prior Veteran of the U.S. armed forces. I was apart of one of the most cohensive culture's (U.S. Army) for 7 years. During my time in service, I was stationed overseas and here in the homeland, so I am very accustomed to diversity and take pride in working with different cultures and nationalities from across the world.

I was honorably discharged from the United States Army, and later graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a double major in (Business Administration & Marketing). In order to make a positive impact within my community and guide families through the buying and selling of property process, I became a licensed realtor in 2020.

Since, I’ve been able to successfully assist a large number of motivated buyers and sellers with the buying and selling process during these unpredictable market trends.

Purchasing your first home in some cases, can be a bit complexed, due to the moving parts behind the scenes. This can be overwhelming to any first time home buyer, however, I have a great skill set and the ability to slow down the home buying process, creating less anxiety for my clients.

I have a dependable team of on call vendors, lendors, inspector(s), Title companies, credit repair, New construction builder affiliates, landscapers and Handymen, which are all essential components when purchasing your first home and make the process much easier.

My expertise and knowledge of being in tune with the latest market trends, creates an opportunity for me to potentially help my clients with attaining incentives, based on current interest rates and the pace of the market. I have great negotiating skills to help produce a win/win outcome.
